What are Etoren warranty policies?

All products (excluding batteries and accessories) come with a 12-month warranty from date of purchase.
If there is ever a need, customer covers only the shipping cost to send the faulty product to service centre location assigned by us. The cost for repairs gets borne by us upon the validation of the warranty claim.

In case of any cosmetic damages (eg, scratches), please send us an email within 24 hours of receiving the product to bring it up to our attention that your goods has been received with some minor defect. You might be required to pay an import duty/tax to receive the item first (depending on your country's custom regulations) before being able to ship back.

In the unfortunate event that a full replacement is warranted but we are unable to supply the same product, we will offer you opportunity to exchange for another product of same value.

Where do you repair product?
We have our own service centers in Singapore and a partner service company in some countries.
We will provide you the shipping destination when you submit repair request to ensure most efficient repair service route possible.

How long would a typical repair take?
Depending on the type of repairs necessary, it usually takes 2 - 3 weeks but there is a possibility for it to be longer in some situations.
We always try to expedite the repair as much as possible.

Does Etoren offer replacement during repair?
We do not offer replacement for the item(s) during period of return or repair.
